That's been the big question on everyone's minds, right? Just WHAT is the identity of the infamous FNAF Child Serial killer? Just WHO is the Purple Man, and why has he targeted the junior patrons of a dinner-and-show pizzeria?
Well, you'll recall in my last Deviantion perhaps,
That I briefly stated Golden Freddy from game 1 and Psychic Friend Fredbear from the minigames of game 4 were one and the same. Here I'd like to elaborate on that why I believe this points to the identity of the killer.
It occurred to me that since both Golden Freddy and Springtrap/Golden Bonnie originated from the same establishment as the original franchise animatronics, that would basically make them brothers...
Now recall how I also concluded that the Crying Child from game 4 [whose name was Freddy] had a split-personality disorder and a second personality that manifested in the form of his Fredbear toy...
... So if Golden Freddy is Child Freddy, and Springtrap is Golden Freddy's brother; AND if Springtrap is also the child killer... then that means that Freddy's older brother is the Purple Man!

But why? And how does this make any sense??
Consider the Phone Guy [AKA Purple Man]'s love of the Foxy animatronic. What mask does the brother use to scare Little Freddy? How could we have never noticed this before? Its staring us right in the face.
Well, here's what I think happened:
Older Brother [name never given, so we'll call him Brother Foxy] obviously hated his little brother, shown by how he relentlessly tormented him, he probably loathed Freddy for all the attention their otherwise neglectful father gave to him and just scaring him wasn't enough; he wanted him gone. Being the son of the man who owned the franchise and by proxy the spring-lock suits, there's a strong likelyhood he would have caught wind of the accidents with other such suits at the Sister Location [Bum bum bummmmm...] and so knowing that Little Freddy [for whatever reason] feared the animatronic suits and would cry a river if held by one; he and his friends put him into the empty suit's mouth knowing Freddy's tears would trigger the springs and bring the jaw crushing down on his head. Of course, Brother Foxy's friends only did this as a joke... Brother Foxy on the other hand knew exactly what would happen.
But it didn't end there; while his intentions were never discovered and it was ruled an accident, the resentment withing the older brother stayed; he now hated his father for continuing to neglect him and only ever showing love and concern for the now comatose Little Freddy. So he decided to ruin his father's business chain.
As the man's son, he had no trouble getting a job working at the place and would know the layouts of almost every place inside and out. Using character suits, he lured children away and killed them, hoping that the string of murders discovered on the premises would bring the business down. When that plan failed, he struck again, this time stuffing the dead children into the animatronics hoping their discovery would shut down the business for sure.
But somehow, even that failed. So he planned to strike once more. Now, here's where another name, Fritz Smith, comes into play; Fritz was another employee of the chain [however brief] who I theorize might have been friends with brotehr Foxy, likely even one of the friends who helped shove Little Freddy's head into the Fredbear animatronic. Likely feeling immense guilt over his involvement, he discovered Brother Foxy actually intended for that to happen and he was now on a killing spree, and Fritz grew an immense desire for revenge. Serving a brief stint as one of the Night Guards, he tampered with the inner workings of the robots, causing them to behave strangely, aggressively, especially towards adults. He was fired of course when he was discovered, but Fritz's work was already done. He did all this knowing it would torment Brother Foxy so long as he kept coming to kill children. And, in a way, it worked.
One night the robots wouldn't leave Brother Foxy alone as he was making his phone recordings, he grew paranoid that they were out to kill him, so he hid in the Safe Room and waited as each robot followed him, then destroyed each one that approached. He didn't account for one thing, though;
Little Freddy wasn't yet dead, and so long as little Freddy was alive; so was Psychic Friend Fredbear, Little Freddy's aggressive, scheming half. Although comatose, Fredbear managed to make Brother Foxy believe that the spirits of the murdered children -once trapped inside the animatronics he destroyed, were now free and haunting him. Brother Foxy panicked, and hid inside the only available suits; Springlock Bonnie.
You all know the story from here. Its Poetic Justice, my friends; he'd tried to kill his little brother with a springlock suit and instead condemned him to a life trapped within himself, never to escape; and yet it was that same little brother who put him into the other springlock suit, doomed forever to a similar, if not worse fate.
Its the Cain and Able story of indie horror games. However, while Little Freddy would eventually find peace in FN4F, finally getting you the protagonist to 'put him back together' by healing his damaged psyche and putting him back together with Golden Freddy -as Golden Freddy intended; Brother Foxy has no such luxury; doomed to an eternity as a zombie inside a machine, to never rest, to never find peace.
And there you have it; the twisted, horrible, and sad story of the Purple Man.
"Oh wait!" you might exclaim, "What about the first child killed at the Fazbear Diner? He was the Purple Man's first victim. How could the brother have done it if the franchise wasn't even renamed after Little Freddy yet?"
A very good question, but the answer is surprisingly simple; there are two Purple Men; the second was the jealous brother... and the first was their father.
He'd killed a child on the establishment grounds, and the bad PR forced them to sell the franchise to him. All we don't know is [besides their names] why did he want it? What does it have to do with 'Sister Location'?

2023 End of the Year Address
Well, another year has come and gone. We are now four years into the third decade of the new millennium. And, as I’m sure we all remember; this decade didn’t exactly start off with a bang. I mean, well, it DID; but it was more like a gunshot to the knee, courtesy of your idiot best friend, who decided to get stone drunk before playing with his dad’s anti-home-invader handgun. But have things improved, since 2020? Have the past three years shown any uptick? Well, the short answer is ‘No’, but the long answer is far more complicated, but to summarize the long answer just a bit, I’ll say that things WILL get better, but things might very well have to get worse, first. Now for the proper long answer; Not necessarily much happened in the world of politics and current events. Oh, there are some definitive standouts, don’t get me wrong, but the waves of chaos and madness have become more like irritated ripples in a lake. With the 2024 US election approaching, Trump has been gearing up
Merry 2023 Christmas!
This year might have been a bit of a load for me, but I still managed to get in my usual haul of deviations for the yearly Christmas dump! Plenty of additions to my Lego Thomas and Friends gallery, as usual; Some rebuilds of a couple classic, but forgotten Lego lines [Slizers and Roboriders] I've also gone back to Marvel Brickfigures, but with a fun twist And a few others things I've also recently posted a 'Let's Talk About' journal entry on the Tree of Harmony, and I have two completed [if late] Halloween videos, set to debut later, today As alluded; its been a bit of a wide load, this year, but making all of these been a fun experience, and getting them out on time has made the process all the more worth it. Merry Christmas, everyone!
Lets Talk About the Tree of Harmony
Reluctantly, the elder sister harnessed the most powerful magic known to ponydom: the Elements of Harmony. Using the magic of the Elements of Harmony, she defeated her younger sister, and banished her permanently in the moon. TWILIGHT SPARKLE: “Hmm... Elements of Harmony. I know I've heard of those before... but where?” Deep in the heart of the Everfree Forest, beneath the ruined Castle of the Two Sisters, and hidden within a cave at the bottom of a ravine… sits the Tree of Harmony. An ancient, beautiful thing of great and wondrous power, and upon it’s branches rest the six Elements of Harmony; Loyalty, Generosity, Kindness, Honesty, Laughter, and finally, Magic. These are, perhaps; the greatest magic Equestria has ever known. First introduced to us as magical relics used to defeat the dreaded Nightmare Moon, the Elements of Harmony quickly become a matter of great interest for Twilight Sparkle, and in her yearning to learn more about them, she becomes familiar with Nightmare

Well, loathe as I am to keep talking about MLPgen5, I recently came across yet ANOTHER information update that bothers me. Now, full disclosure, at this point, I simply DO NOT consider Gen5 in ANY way canon to Gen4. The only reason it even TRIES to be a sequel to FiM is because it was originally meant to be a full-on reboot of the show, Gen4, specifically, with new versions of Twilight and co., but legal issues -something to do with co-ownership, I think, more or less forced Hasbro to rejig the show so that it was 'original', with new characters and everything, but also a sequel to the previous show; all so that they could coast off the popularity and name recognition of Gen4's success [when, frankly, the best option would actually have been to not only start with a fresh new story, disconnected from prior cannon, but ALSO have entirely new characters, locations, lore, etc.] Pretty much every attempt to try and make Gen5 a continuation of Gen4 is really nothing more than a cynical
